GOP senate candidate Larry Bogg attacks Obama at debate.McAlester, Oklahoma – candidate forum – 10/16/2012
GOP senate candidate Larry Boggs did a throw-down on Obama at candidate forum in McAlester Oklahoma. Boggs & Obama supporters got into argument when he said Obama, if elected will control guns. And that he, as a NRA member will do what ever he can to get Obama out of office. He & his opponent J Paul Lane were given the question what would they do to protect 2nd amendment rights if Obama was re-elected. When he said that Obama would control guns, that’s when matters got intense.
Larry Boggs is the republican nominee seeking election to the Oklahoma Senate District 7 that is being vacated by Richard C. Lerblance (democrat). His opponent is J. Paul Lane, the democratic nominee. Election is November 6, 2012.

Russell Turner a GOP running for Oklahoma state house representative Dist. 86 says Gridlock in legislature is good.
At political forum – the question to Oklahoma GOP state representative candidate Russell Turner: “How would you help in the gridlock so congress & legislature can get something done for a change?”. Turner responded that sometimes gridlock is a good thing. He added that he’s a conservative & that he thinks he’s right.
This was videoed at the Armory center in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on October 9, 2012 at a candidate political forum sponsored by Tahlequah chamber of commerce.
Russell Turner is running for state representative for house district 86 in Oklahoma. The election is November 2012.
His opponent is William (Will) FourKiller (incumbent) who is a democrat & currently the state representative for house district 86 in Oklahoma. District 86 covers northeast Cherokee county, southern Delaware county and all of Adair county.
Its been reported that Wayne Shaw, the 2012 GOP candidate for Oklahoma senate district 3, does not know what the 10th amendment is, according to Qadoshyah Fish. Shaw was a no show at the candidate forum in Tahlequah, Oklahoma for Oct 9,2012. He is running against democrat Jim Bynum for this seat. Jim Wilson (democrat) is not running for reelection.
Its agreed that Jim Bynum political signs have flooded the area & that there was no Shaw activity on the ground. Therefore, it’s a safe bet that Bynum is favored to win this election.
Ms. Fish, said that when Shaw spoke in her area, he responded that he did not know what the 10th amendment was; and further indicated that its a mystery as to how he beat out Cyndi McArtor in GOP primary, who was said to be much more articulate & knowledgeable of the issues.
The general election is November 2012. Oklahoma senate district 2 includes Tahlequah & Stillwell Oklahoma.

Joyce Sells – coordinator of the meet-the-candidates forum held at Calvin Senior Citizen Center in Calvin, Oklahoma explains how this political forum was put together. I interviewed her after this forum basically because I was curious why no republican candidates were in attendance. Ms. Sells explained that all candidates were invited regardless of party affiliation. She further explained that deliberate & massive effort and methods were used to reach out to all people to attend & participate in this forum. The methods this coordinator used were: publication in newspapers, invitations were sent to all candidates, and posting of fliers.
At this political candidate speaking forum, there was an estimated attendance of little over a hundred people. It appeared to be standing room only.
The candidates who spoke were running for the following offices: Hughes County sheriff, Oklahoma state house of representatives district 18, and Oklahoma state State district 7. There was 1 other politician who spoke who I do not believe is running – Susan Paddack. All candidates & the politicians who spoke were democrats. As already stated, no republican candidates / politicians were present at this forum.
For the political offices for Oklahoma state house of representatives district 18, there is no republican candidate running. The incumbent is Donnie Condit. Carolyn McNatt is challenging him for that seat.
However, for State Senate district 7, there is 1 republican running for that seat, namely Larry Boggs. Since Boggs is the only republican running, he will not be running opposed in the primaries which will be held on June 26, 2012. But, Roger Shirley & J Paul Lane (both democrats) will run in the June 26th primaries against each other & which ever 1 of them wins in that primary will compete against Larry Boggs. This state senate seat is currently held by democrat Richard C. Lerblance, but he is retiring. So 1 of the 3 candidates (Boggs, Shirley & Lane), if victorious, will be a first timer for this state senate district 7 seat.
According to the Oklahoma Sheriff association website, all candidates running for Hughes county sheriff are democrats.
This political candidate speaking event that was held on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 was located at Calvin Senior Citizen Center (Calvin Nutrition Center) in Calvin, Oklahoma.
When duty calls our brave men and women again are on the ready to serve. Our Veterans – defenders of freedom – are stepping up to the plate at these town hall meetings.
A veteran at a townhall meeting in Mcalester, Oklahoma on 8/18/2009 informs congressman Dan Boren (D-OK) that he personally knows the cost of freedom from his 2 combat tours in Vietnam as crew chief on a MediVac helicopter. He tells Boren that he’s not sure he will vote for him again. The veteran voiced concerns of government intrusion into our homes and lives. “The Sleeping Giant Has Arose”, he added. He demanded a firm commitment from Congressman Boren that he will fight these intrusion on our life styles & wants a watchful eye on these politicians; & that as for him he told Boren: “You Give Me Liberty or You Give Me Death”Continue reading “Veteran at Townhall Tells Dem. Elderly at Oklahoma Townhall Meeting
An elderly man asked a question regarding government-mandated “end-of-life” counseling at a packed filled town hall meeting held by Senator Coburn (R) in Muskogee, OK on Aug. 13, 2009. He said that he was an organ transplant patient and that he has already made peace with his maker.
He indicated that at this point in his life, HR 3200 (end-of-life counseling) was a mute point. He wanted to know how much of the proposals within the legislative committees mirrored HR 3200.
HR 3200 (section 1233) has provision mandating end-of-life counseling for the elderly & disabled. It is believed that this encourages euthanasia.
Senator Coburn responded that 3200 mandates federal government to get involvement in the lives of the citizens. And its unconstitutional.
there’s no common sense written in the house bill that it reflects a lack of knowledge of what happens in healthcare. (Note: Senator Coburn is also a physician). And that Government should not destroy what is good, in the name of creating a government-run program.
Below is video clip of the elderly concerns about HR 3200
